30th Biennial Meeting

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 30th Biennial Meeting of the Charles H. Tweed International Foundation. The meeting will be held from October 23-25, 2014 in our hometown of Tucson, Arizona, at the Westin La Paloma Resort. Follow the Hotel Accommodations to make your reservation.

Jimmy Boley and I are organizing what I hope will be an interesting Scientific Program for all those who attend. On Friday and Saturday, we will hear from many international speakers. Dr. Robert Garcia, our Dean of Deans, will inspire us with a great “Merrifield Lecture”. Each day of lectures will include new and interesting information. Many case reports will be presented by some of our younger members.

On Thursday afternoon the examining committee will look at case reports for those who desire to become Fellows. You may print the Case Report Presentation Information. The model display room will be located near the lecture room and will be open each day of the meeting from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. We will have a light breakfast and lunch each day. Time will be devoted to case display study. All of us are to bring cases!

On a lighter side, there will be a reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres Thursday evening. We will be at the Foundation for camaraderie and a Mexican dinner on Friday night. A bus will be provided for this function for those who do not wish to drive. Saturday night will feature the President’s Dinner at the Westin La Paloma. We will honor some special people and then dance the night away to a rock and roll band.

Send a copy of the form, along with your payment, to Dr. Vaden’s office at your earliest convenience. U.S. members must pay for their registration by check.
